The ultimate deformation degree is mainly limited by the instability of the blank deformation zone. In addition, according to whether the wall thickness of the vertical edge has forced thinning, it can be divided into thin flanging and constant thin flanging. According to the shape of the blank and the edge of the workpiece, it can be divided into inner hole (round hole or non-round hole) flanging, plane outer edge flanging and curved surface flanging.
