Marine Steel Plate, also known as shipbuilding steel plate, is a special structural steel developed exclusively for marine projects in accordance with IACS unified requirements and major classification society rules. Our product portfolio covers ordinary strength grades (A/B/D/E) and high-strength grades (AH32, DH32, EH32, AH36, DH36, EH36, FH36), manufactured via strict hot rolling, controlled rolling, normalized or TMCP thermomechanical forming processes. 01.What is the difference between A/B/D/E and AH36/DH36/EH36 marine steel?

A/B/D/E are ordinary-strength ship plates with minimum yield 235MPa; AH/DH/EH36 are high-strength grades with 355MPa yield, used for heavy-load hull main structures to save steel weight. The letter A/D/E stands for impact test temperature 0℃/-20℃/-40℃ respectively.

02.Can you supply marine steel plates with ABS & CCS dual certificates?

Yes, we can arrange simultaneous survey by multiple classification societies and issue unified certification documents to meet international shipyard delivery standards.

03.What delivery state is recommended for offshore platform thick plates?
