75Cr1 alloy tool steel Detailed introduction
75Cr1 is a foreign standard cold working tool steel steel number, often used in the manufacture of small tools, such as: mandrel, punch, ramming tools, razors and so on.
The following common problems may occur in the use of 75Cr1 alloy tool steel
Chemical composition: 0.2 ~ 0.78%C,0.25 ~ 0.50%Si,0.5 ~ 0.8%Mn; 0.3 ~ 0.4%Cr,P≤0.035%,S≤0.035%, is a cold work tool steel,
Recommended annealing temperature: 700 ~ 720℃, hardness after annealing 200HBS, should be a spheroidizing annealing process, the actual production temperature should be adjusted to 720℃ heating!

The main parameters of 75Cr1 alloy tool steel are as follows
Main Ingredients (%)
Carbon (C)0.20 ~ 0.78
Silicon (Si)0.25 ~ 0.50
Manganese (Mn)0.50 ~ 0.80
Phosphorus (P)≤0.035
Sulfur (S)≤0.035
Chromium (Cr)0.30 ~ 0.4.
