The heat treatment process of container steel plates. In recent years, with the rapid development of my country's petrochemical industry, various petrochemical processes and equipment are being updated from time to time. During this process, the liquefaction, separation, storage and transportation of various gasification products are also used to be a common phenomenon.
As the main tool for containing these low-temperature gasification products, pressure vessel steel plates are in increasing market demand. This has also led to a sharp increase in the demand for steel plates for pressure vessels. However, with the increasing use of pressure vessel steel plates, there are also differences in the requirements for steel plates used in different uses, which puts forward higher requirements for container steel plate manufacturers. The heat treatment process is one of the important treatment processes in the production process of pressure vessel steel plates. Only after different heat treatments can the structure and properties of the vessel steel plates change, and the steel plates used to manufacture the vessel steel plates have more and more Perfect performance. Tempering experiments at different temperatures were carried out on the quenched experimental container steel plates using a high-temperature resistance furnace, and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the tempered container steel plates were analyzed. The experimental results show that after quenching, the structure in the steel is lath martensite. After tempering, the structure in the steel transforms into tempered sorbite and ferrite. As the tempering temperature rises, carbonization in the structure As the particles continue to precipitate, the massive ferrite grows up, the strength of the steel plate also decreases, and the impact toughness is significantly improved. After quenching, the hardness value of the steel plate is high, and after tempering, the hardness value drops significantly, and decreases from time to time with the increase of tempering temperature. In order to obtain good comprehensive mechanical properties, the tempering temperature should be 630-680°C.
