01.Can you provide EN 10204 3.2 certificates?

Yes. The mill provides 3.1 certificates. For 3.2, we can coordinate with a third-party inspector (BV, SGS, etc.).

02.Can I use A516 Gr.70 instead of Q345R?

Not directly. The design standards, impact test temperatures, and strength values are different. Your engineer must confirm the substitution.

03.Do you still provide the MTC after cutting?

Yes. We keep the original heat number and link it to the cut pieces. Full traceability is maintained.

04.Can you arrange third-party inspection before shipment?

Yes. We work with SGS, BV, Intertek, and other inspection companies. You can ask them to:

Witness dimensional checking
Witness sampling for mechanical testing
Review the MTC and packaging

The inspection cost is usually paid by buyer, but we help coordinate scheduling and samples. We do not mark up the inspection fee.

05.What if the plates fail the inspection?

If a third-party inspection finds non-conformance to the agreed standard (for example wrong thickness or failed tensile test), we will do one of the following:

Replace the non-conforming plates at no extra cost
Refund the value of those plates

We have a clear quality clause in our sales contract. No vague promises. You can ask to see our standard contract terms before ordering.

06.Are you a trading company or a real mill?

We are not a steel mill. We are a supply chain partner. We work directly with major Chinese mills such as HBIS, Ansteel, Baowu, and Shougang. We manage the entire export process from mill ordering to cutting to inspection to documentation to shipping.
